摘要
目的运用文献计量与可视化方法分析近10年头皮针疗法研究发展现状、研究热点及趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2012年1月1日-2022年8月23日头皮针疗法相关中文期刊文献,采用VOSviewer软件对纳入文献的作者的合作关系网络进行分析,运用CiteSpace5.7.R2软件对机构合作网络、关键词共现、聚类及突现进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文期刊文献1291篇,年发文量趋势基本持平;近10年该领域研究者中以安军明、邹伟、杜小正、张绍华为代表的4个团队发文量较多,且团队内部合作度较高。黑龙江中医药大学为发文量最多的研究机构。除去主题词相关的高频关键词后,频次前5位的关键词为脑卒中、康复训练、体针、中风、电针,中介中心性前5位的关键词为脑卒中、儿童、电针、临床观察、焦氏头针,关键词聚类分析后形成8个聚类,关键词突现分析共确定了33个突现词。结论近10年国内头皮针疗法研究内容丰富,维持一定的研究关注度,其中多见以头皮针疗法临床疗效观察及作用机制研究,以神经系统疾病治疗为主要研究方向;头皮针疗法应用于其他系统疾病的治疗及相关方案选择也是重要研究内容。目前多个头皮针流派共同发展,如能进行跨区域合作、联合研究及资源整合,则有利于促进头皮针研究领域的进一步发展。
Objective To analyze the development status,research hotspots and trends of scalp acupuncture therapy in the past ten years using bibliometric and visualization methods.Methods Taking“scalp needle”as the research themes,the CNKI database from January 1,2012 to August 23,2022 was searched for Chinese journal literature,and the cooperative relationship network of the authors included in the literature was analyzed by VOSviewer software.The CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software was used to visually analyze the institutional cooperation network,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergence.Results A total of 1291 articles in Chinese journals were included,and the annual publication trend was flat.In the past 10 years,among the researchers in this field,the four teams represented by An Junming,Zou Wei,Du Xiaozheng and Zhang Shaohua.posted more articles,and the degree of cooperation within the team was relatively high.Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was the research institution with the most significant number of publications.After removing the high-frequency keywords related to the theme words,the top 5 keywords of the frequency were stroke,rehabilitation training,body needle,stroke and electric needle,and the top 5 keywords of the intermediary centre were stroke,children,electric needles,clinical observation,and Jiao’s head needle.8 clusters were formed after keyword clustering analysis.A total of 33 emerging words were identified by keyword emergence analysis.Conclusion In the past ten years,the research content on scalp acupuncture therapy in China has been rich in content,maintaining a certain degree of research attention,and the main research direction is focused on the clinical efficacy observation and mechanism of scalp acupuncture therapy,of which scalp acupuncture therapy is applied to the treatment of nervous system diseases as the primary research direction.In addition,applying scalp acupuncture therapy to treating other systemic diseases and choosing scalp acupuncture therapy is also essential to research content.At present,multiple scalp acupuncture schools are developing together,and if cross-regional cooperation,joint research,and resource integration can be carried out,it is conducive to promoting the further development of the field of scalp acupuncture research.
