摘要
杨金坤教授以中医理论为指导,认为胰腺癌的发生与肝、脾、胃等脏腑关系密切,通常由邪盛正虚,克伐过胜,正不抗邪,发为本病,受饮食失节、情志不畅因素影响,与湿热蕴结、日久成毒,以及久病不愈、气血邪毒结为积块亦相关,在临床实践中分为脾气亏虚、痰浊阻遏、湿热毒盛、气滞血瘀4个证型治疗胰腺癌,采用益气健脾、化痰散结、利湿解毒、行气活血等方法,常取得满意疗效。
Guided by the TCM theory,Professor Yang Jinkun,believes that the occurrence of pancreatic cancer is closely related to the liver,spleen,stomach and other organs.It is usually caused by the excess of pathogenic factors and deficiency of healthy qi,over-resistance,and failure to resist pathogenic factors.Affected by factors such as improper diet and poor mood,it is also related to damp-heat accumulation,long-term toxicity,long-term illness,and accumulation of qi and blood stasis.In clinical practice,it is divided into four syndromes:spleen qi deficiency,phlegm turbidity obstruction,damp-heat toxicity,and qi stagnation and blood stasis.The treatment of pancreatic cancer,using methods such as replenishing qi and strengthening spleen,dispelling phlegm and resolving mass,eliminating dampness and detoxification,promoting qi and blood circulation,often achieves satisfactory efficacy.
