摘要
针对老龄液氨储罐Q245R钢内表面筒体和封头两处存在的不规则腐蚀现象,采用二值化图像处理技术提取腐蚀形貌图像的特征参数,实现储罐腐蚀区域面积定量化分析。通过扫描电镜观测Q245R钢不同取样部位下样品腐蚀形貌并结合能谱仪检测其腐蚀成分,进行微观表征。结果表明:腐蚀率、腐蚀等级、腐蚀区域扁平量3个特征参量反映的储罐腐蚀规律与微观形貌图表征分析的腐蚀行为特征相一致,即氨罐封头部位相对筒体部位整体腐蚀严重,且主要部位集中在下部液相区域,最大腐蚀率达62.75%;腐蚀形貌是以氧化物为主的不规则图像,其扁平量服从正态概率密度分布。
For old liquid ammonia storage tank Q245R steel,the irregular corrosion phenomenon exists on the inner surface of both cylinder and head,binarized image processing technology is used to extract the characteristic parameters of the corrosion morphology image and realize the quantitative analysis of the corrosion area of the storage tank.By using scanning electron microscope,the corrosion morphology of Q245R steel samples under different sampling sites was observed,and the corrosion composition was detected by combining with energy spectrometer for microscopic characterization.The results show that the three characteristic parameters of corrosion rate,corrosion grade and corrosion area flattening are consistent with the characteristics of corrosion behavior characterized by the morphology.In other words,relative to the head of the ammonia tank,the overall corrosion is serious,and the main parts are concentrated in the lower liquid phase area,with the maximum corrosion rate of 62.75%.The corrosion morphology is an irregular image dominated by oxides,and its flattening quantity follows normal probability density distribution.
