摘要
北京作为全国首个拥有地铁的城市,对地铁运营延误时长有严格规定,将延误5min以上事件定为内控事故,2023年延误原因统计中,信号系统故障占比64%。在信号系统严重故障采取电话闭塞法维持运行时,繁琐的人工作业程序和列车逐一通行方式将大幅降低线路行车效率,导致列车长时间迫停区间无法运营,造成站台大量乘客滞留。文章围绕北京地铁15号线车辆、线路区段,通过测算列车最小安全距离、区段可视距离,研究线路在信号系统严重故障情况下,采取RM行车的适用性,并选取不同线路区段和运行间隔,模拟信号系统故障情况下分别采用电话闭塞法和RM行车法运行,计算不同行车组织模式的延误情况。
As the first city in China to have a metro,Beijing has strict regulations on the delay time of metro operations,and classifies an event with a delay of more than 5 minutes as an internal control incident.In the delay cause statistics in 2023,signal system failures accounted for 64%.When the signal system is seriously malfunctioning and the telephonic block method is adopted to maintain operations,the cumbersome manual operation procedures and the one-by-one train passage mode will greatly reduce the efficiency of line operation,which results in a long-time operation suspension of the train,and a large number of stranded passengers on the platform.This paper takes Beijing metro line 15 as an example,studies the applicability of restricted manual driving mode(RM)in the case of severe signal system failure on the line by measuring train minimum safety distance and section visual distance,selects different line sections and operating intervals,simulates the operation using telephonic block method and RM mode train operation method under information system faults,and calculates the delay situation of different operation organization modes.
