摘要
目的探索构建科学、完整、可行的职业院校护理“双师型”教师岗位胜任力指标体系,为职业院校护理“双师型”教师岗位准入、能力培养、资格认证、考核评价等提供借鉴参考。方法通过文献研究、小组讨论等方法初步构建职业院校护理“双师型”教师岗位胜任力指标体系框架,然后通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询对指标条目进行筛选完善,确定最终的指标体系。结果纳入函询专家22名,两轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为100%、95.5%,专家权威系数分别为0.887、0.890,两轮专家咨询肯德尔系数分别为0.086、0.111(P<0.01)。最终构建了职业院校护理“双师型”教师岗位胜任力指标体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标12项、三级指标58项。结论本研究所构建的职业院校护理“双师型”教师岗位胜任力指标体系具有一定科学性和可靠性,能为职业院校护理“双师型”教师岗位准入、能力培养、考核评价等提供一定借鉴参考。
Objective To explore the construction of a scientific,complete and feasible indicator system of nursing"dual-teacher"teachers in vocational colleges and universities,and to provide reference for nursing"dual-teacher"teachers in vocational colleges and universities in terms of job access,competence training,qualifi cation certification,assessment and evaluation.Methods A framework for the indicator system of nursing"dual-teacher"teachers'competence in vocational colleges was initially constructed through literature research and group discussion,and then the indicator entries were screened and improved through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to determine the final indicator system.Results 22 experts were included in the consultation,and the recovery rates of the questionnaires in the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%and 95.5%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.887 and 0.890,and the Kendall coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.086 and 0.111,respectively(P<0.01).The index system of nursing"dual-teacher"teachers'job competence in vocational colleges and universities was finally constructed,including 3 fi rst-level indexes,12 second-level indexes,and 58 third-level indexes.Conclusion The index system of nursing"dual-teacher"teachers in vocational colleges and universities constructed by this study is scientifi c and reliable,and it can provide reference for nursing"dual-teacher"teachers in vocational colleges and universities in terms of job access,competence cultivation,assessment and evaluation.
