注浆微型管桩直立复合土钉墙基坑支护设计及施工技术研究

摘要 以某地开发区一处大型基坑支护工程为例,探讨注浆微型管桩直立复合土钉墙作为基坑支护结构的设计及施工技术。首先介绍了该工程的背景和现场情况,该基坑位于开发区的繁华地段,周边环境复杂,地基条件不稳定,需要采取高效可靠的支护措施来保证周边建筑安全。经技术工作小组现场实地勘查后,提出了注浆微型管桩直立复合土钉墙的基坑支护结构设计方案。然后详细介绍了该支护结构构成和特点以及其在设计中的注意事项和施工技术。在注浆微型管桩设计中,特别强调了土体的变形和地下水位对支护结构的影响,针对这些特别情况提出了详细的设计方案。在施工技术方面,详细介绍了钻孔、灌浆、锚杆、预应力等施工方法,以及现场施工问题及其解决方案。 Taking a large foundation pit support project in a certain development zone as an example,this paper explores the design and construction technology of vertical composite soil nail wall with grouting micro pipe piles as the foundation pit support structure.Firstly,the background and on-site situation of the project were introduced.The foundation pit is located in a bustling area of the development zone,with a complex surrounding environment and unstable foundation conditions.Efficient and reliable support measures need to be taken to ensure the safety of surrounding buildings.After on-site investigation by the technical working group,a design scheme for the foundation pit support structure of the vertical composite soil nail wall with grouting micro pipe piles was proposed.Then a detailed introduction was given to the composition and characteristics of the support structure,as well as its precautions and construction techniques in design.In the design of grouting micro pipe piles,special emphasis was placed on the deformation of soil and the impact of groundwater level on the support structure,and detailed design plans were proposed for these special situations.In terms of construction technology,detailed introductions were made to construction methods such as drilling,grouting,anchor rods,prestressing,as well as on-site construction problems and their solutions.
