摘要
本文利用2019—2021年江西省100个区县级行政区的数据,对数字普惠金融与文化产业高质量发展之间的关系进行实证分析。研究发现,数字普惠金融对文化产业高质量发展有显著的正向促进作用,且当地产业结构升级对该影响产生了显著的促进效应。同时,机制分析显示,数字普惠金融通过提升当地企业家精神进而对文化产业高质量发展形成正向赋能。因此,本文建议政府及行业加强创新成果转化体系改革、优化营商环境、培养保护企业家精神、促进产业结构升级,以进一步释放数字普惠金融助推潜力,真正实现文化产业高质量发展。
This paper empirically analyses the relationship between digital inclusive fi nance and the high-quality development of the cultural industry using data from 100 districts and county-level administrative districts in Jiangxi Province from 2019 to 2021.It is found that digital inclusive finance has a significant positive contribution to the high-quality development of the cultural industry,and the upgrading of the local industrial structure has a signifi cant promotional eff ect on this impact.Meanwhile,the mechanism analysis shows that digital inclusive fi nance positively promotes the high-quality development of the cultural industry by enhancing local entrepreneurship.Therefore,this paper suggests that the government and the industry should strengthen the reform of the innovation transformation system,optimize the business environment,cultivate and protect entrepreneurship,and promote the upgrading of the industrial structure,to further unleash the potential of digital inclusive fi nance and truly realize the high-quality development of the cultural industry.
