摘要
我国高等教育和网络招聘的迅速发展,为社会带来了大量的求职需求。如何提高人岗匹配的精准性与效率是关键问题。通过对协同过滤算法进行研究,同时根据用户的特征和喜好构建其个人偏好模型,设计了基于协同过滤算法的求职推荐系统,为用户推荐匹配的岗位和精准个性化的职业路线。
With the rapid development of higher education and network recruitment,the society has brought a large number of job demand.How to improve the accuracy and efficiency of man‑post matching is the key problem.Through the study of collaborative filtering algorithm and the construction of personal preference model according to the characteristics and preferences of users,a job recommendation system based on collaborative filtering algorithm is designed to recommend matching posts and precise personalized career routes for users.
