摘要
铁路货车空气制动系统由于受空气波速的影响,限制了制动响应速度和控制精度,使制动、缓解同步性不一致,导致列车车辆纵向冲击大,钩缓故障率高,影响列车运输能力。本文基于C80B型车辆,针对适用于重载铁路货车的电机械制动缸进行了研究,并提出了初步研究方案。该方案介绍的电机械制动缸能够直接与现有305×254旋压密封式制动缸换装,不改变安装接口尺寸,对车辆改造少,取消空气源,简化了系统结构。该方案为未来铁路货车制动逐步向电制动方向发展提供了研究思路。
Due to the influence of air wave speed,the air braking system of railway train limits the braking response speed and control accuracy,and makes the synchronization of braking and release inconsistent,resulting in large longitudinal impact of train vehicles,high coupler failure rate,and affecting the train transportation capacity.Based on C80B vehicle,this paper studies the electro-mechanical brake cylinder suitable for heavy haul railway train,and puts forward a preliminary research scheme.The electro-mechanical brake cylinder introduced in this scheme can be directly replaced by the existing 305×254 spinning sealed brake cylinder.It does not change the size of the installation interface and has less modification to the vehicle.It cancels the air source,and simplifies the system structure.This scheme provides research ideas for the future development of railway train braking towards electric braking.
