摘要
中华优秀传统文化作为中华民族的文化身份与民族标识,是推动中国式现代化进程、实现第二个百年奋斗目标以及中华民族伟大复兴的根本性力量。加强中华优秀传统文化传承,可以科学回答“我们是谁”以及“我们从何处来”这一根本性的民族根脉和源头问题,对坚定中华民族文化自信、涵养社会主义核心价值观、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、提升中国共产党治国理政水平等具有重大意义。中华优秀传统文化传承体系由传承意蕴、传承主体、传承内容、传承方式和保障体系等构成,具体解决为何传承、由谁传承、传承什么、怎样传承以及如何保障等核心问题。中华优秀传统文化传承是一项复杂的系统工程,需要推进马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合,加强顶层设计和制度安排,建立良好的文化传承生态,以及加强现代话语体系、传播传承机制、实践养成机制、制度保障机制等建设,切实将中华优秀传统文化融入人们的日常生活与社会实践。
As the cultural identity and national identity of the Chinese nation,fine traditional Chinese culture is the fundamental force to promote the process of Chinese path to modernization,the realization of the second centennial goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Strengthening the inheritance of fine traditional Chinese culture can scientifically answer the fundamental questions concerning our national root and origin of"who we are"and"where we come from",which is of great significance for strengthening the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation,cultivating core socialist values,consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,and improving the governance of the CPC.The inheritance system of fine traditional Chinese culture is composed of inheritance connotation,inheritance subject,inheritance content,inheritance method,and guarantee system,specifically addressing core issues such as why,by whom,what,how to inherit,and how to ensure the inheritance.The inheritance of fine traditional Chinese culture is a complex systematic project that requires integrating fundamental Marxist principles with fine traditional Chinese culture,improving top-level design and institutional arrangements,establishing a good cultural inheritance ecology,and strengthening the construction of modern discourse systems,dissemination and inheritance mechanisms,practical cultivation mechanisms,and institutional guarantee mechanisms,so as to effectively integrate fine traditional Chinese culture into people's daily life and social practice.
