摘要
目的探讨不同剂量阿芬太尼复合丙泊酚在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年12月于我院行无痛胃镜检查的196例患者,随机分为两组各98例。对照组采用阿芬太尼5μg/kg复合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用阿芬太尼7μg/kg复合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果、不同时间点血气分析指标及不良反应。结果观察组胃镜检查时间、睁眼时间与定向力恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(0)、T_(3)时,两组的HR、MAP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)时,观察组HR、MAP高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的12.24%(P<0.05)。结论阿芬太尼7μg/kg复合丙泊酚在无痛胃镜检查中的麻醉效果较好,能明显稳定患者生命体征,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of different doses of alfentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy.Methods 196 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 98 cases in each group.The control group was given 5μg/kg alfentanil combined with propofol for anesthesia,and the observation group was given 7μg/kg alfentanil combined with propofol for anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,blood gas analysis indicators at different time points and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The gastroscopy time,eye opening time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(0)and T_(3),no statistical difference was found in the HR and MAP between the two groups(P>0.05).At T_(1)and T_(2),the HR and MAP of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.08%,lower than 12.24%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 7μg/kg alfentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy has better anesthetic effect,and can significantly stabilize the patients'vital signs,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
