摘要
目的探讨硒酵母片联合维生素D对桥本甲状腺炎伴甲减患者甲状腺自身抗体及甲状腺功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月我院收治的66例桥本甲状腺炎伴甲减患者,随机分为两组各33例。对照组仅采用左甲状腺素钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用硒酵母片联合维生素D治疗,两组均持续治疗6个月。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后甲状腺自身抗体及甲状腺功能相关指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的TG-Ab、TPO-Ab、TSH水平均低于对照组,FT4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硒酵母片联合维生素D治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲减,可明显提升临床疗效,降低患者的甲状腺自身抗体水平,改善其甲状腺功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of selenium yeast tablets combined with vitamin D on thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid function in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism.Methods 66 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with levothyroxine sodium,and the study group was treated with selenium yeast tablets combined with vitamin D on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The treatment effect and the thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid function related indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.94%,significantly higher than 75.76%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TG-Ab,TPO-Ab and TSH levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the FT4 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Selenium yeast tablets combined with vitamin D in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the levels of thyroid autoantibodies and improve the thyroid function.
