摘要
对菥蓂进行系统的本草考证,包括名称、来源、用药部位、功效,并结合现代药理研究进行梳理。菥蓂来源为十字花科植物菥蓂Thlaspi arvense L.的干燥地上部分,功效可清肝明目、和中利湿、解毒消肿,临床上常用于治疗目赤肿痛、脘腹胀痛、胁痛、肠痈、水肿、带下、疮疖痈肿等病证;临床应用时应避免与败酱草等药材混淆。
A systematic research on Thlaspi Herba was summarized,including name,source,application site,efficacy,and combined with modern pharmacological research.Thlaspi Herba was sourced from the dried above-ground parts of Thlaspi Herba,a cruciferous plant.It has functions such as clearing liver and improving eyesight,regulating stomach and removing dampness,removing toxicity and detumescence.It is commonly used in clinical treatment for symptoms such as redness and swelling of eyes,hypochondriac pain,intestinal carbuncle,edema,leukorrhea,furuncle and carbuncle,etc.In clinical application,it should be avoided to be confused with herbs such as patrinia.
