摘要
为满足建筑安全使用要求,施工期间应加强消防工程防排烟设计与施工。论文对管道预制、水流指示器安装、水压试验技术等设计要点以及机械排烟法应用、完善自然排烟设计、强化排烟系统设置、优化防排烟风机设计等施工重点进行研究,并以某医院病房楼工程为例,对建筑防排烟系统性能优化方案进行分析,最大限度地提升建筑工程的消防安全性能。
In order to meet the requirements of building safety use,the smoke control design and construction of fire engineering should be strengthened during construction.In this paper,the design points of pipe prefabrication,water flow indicator installation,water pressure test technology,as well as the application of mechanical smoke exhaust method,the improvement of natural smoke exhaust design,the strengthening of smoke exhaust system settings,and the optimization of smoke control fan design are studied.Taking a hospital ward building project as an example,the optimization scheme of building smoke control and exhaust system was analyzed to maximize the fire safety performanceofthebuildingproject.
