装药量对T2/Q235爆炸焊接影响的数值模拟

摘要 为了更好地指导T2/Q235爆炸焊接复合板的生产,研究装药量对T2/Q235爆炸焊接复合板质量的影响,文章选用T2为复板、Q235为基板,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了三维有限元模型和二维模型。观察爆炸焊接过程中的压力、速度分布等情况,观察并分析界面波形,对比分析在3种不同质量比即R为0.8、1.0、1.5的工艺参数下,各项数值的差异,得到装药量对T2/Q235复合板爆炸焊接质量影响。结果显示,随着装药量的逐渐增大,复板的碰撞速度逐渐增大,复合板结合面的塑性应变增大,有利于爆炸焊接的结合质量;但如果装药量过大则会导致压力过大,对爆炸焊接的结果不利。 In order to guide the production of T2/Q235 explosive welding composite plate,the influence of the parameter of charge weight on the quality of T2/Q235 explosive welding composite plate was studied.T2 was selected as the flyer plate and Q235 as the base plate.The three-dimensional finite element model and two-dimensional model were established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.In the simulation results,the distribution of pressure and velocity in the process of explosive welding was observed,and the interface waveform was observed and analyzed.The differences of various values were compared and analyzed under the process parameters with three different mass ratios(namely R was 0.8,1.0 and 1.5),and the influence of charging weight on the explosive welding quality of T2/Q235 composite plate was obtained.The results show that with the increase of the charge weight,the collision speed of the flyer plate increases gradually,and the plastic strain of the composite plate increases,which is more conducive to the bonding quality of explosive welding.However,if the charge weight is too large,the pressure will be too large,which will be unfavorable to the results of explosive welding.
