摘要
抽水蓄能电站施工期存在大量的电焊作业,电焊烟尘及锰、镉等重金属危害较为严重,针对现行职业卫生标准测定空气中的金属浓度的方法,受多种因素影响,局限性较大的问题,采用同步消解法测定作业场所空气样品中的锰、镉含量,采用外标法定量,并对标准曲线的斜率、截距、相关系数和样品回收率进行了计算,对比不同处理方式下镉与锰标准曲线的趋向。计算结果表明,该方法可以在很大程度上消除实验的影响因素,准确性高,重现性良好。最后对抽水蓄能电站重金属污染较为严重的电焊作业场所提出了有针对性的建议。
During the construction period of pumped storage power station,there are a lot of electric welding operations,and the welding smoke and heavy metals such as manganese and cadmium are seriously harmful.The current occupational health standard method for determing the metal concentration in the air is affected by many factors,and has great limitations.In this paper,synchronous digestion method is adopted to determine the contents of manganese and cadmium of the air samples in the workplace,and the external standard method is adopted to quantification.The slope,intercept,correlation coefficient of the standard curve and sample recovery rate are calculated,and the trends of the cadmium and manganese standard curves under different treatment methods are compared.The calculation results indicate that this method can largely eliminate the influencing factors of the experiment,with high accuracy and good reproducibility.Finally,some suggestions are proposed for the electric welding wrkplace with heavy metal pollution in pumped storage power station.
