燃用低硫高热值煤种水冷壁高温腐蚀原因分析及运行策略调整 被引量:2

摘要 针对某电厂2×350 MW四角燃烧锅炉向火侧发生高温腐蚀现象,从入炉煤的煤质特性、燃烧器结构及当前运行参数进行了燃烧调整试验和分析,制定燃烧优化调整措施。该试验结果表明,向火侧CO和H2S的体积分数φ(CO)、φ(H_(2)S)明显高于背火侧;采用提高热一次风温、开大辅助风门开度、SOFA摆角调整至水平等手段能够有效降低飞灰含碳量w(C_(fh));投运腐蚀区域E层磨煤机后,高温腐蚀程度明显下降,SCR入口NO_(x)质量浓度ρ(NO_(x))维持在正常水平。试验结果给出了机组最佳运行参数,最后结合实际运行情况制定了相应的技术改造措施,为燃用低硫高热值煤种锅炉缓解高温腐蚀提供借鉴。 In view of the high temperature corrosion at the fire-facing side of a 2×350 MW square-angle com-bustion boiler in a power plant,the combustion adjustment tests and analyses were conducted on the coal quality characteristics,burner structure,and current operating parameters of the incoming coal,and combustion optimi-zation adjustment measures were formulated.The results of the text show that the volume fraction ofφ(CO)andφ(H_(2)S)on the fire side is obviously higher than that on the back side,the carbon content in fly ash w(C_(fh))can be effectively reduced by increasing the temperature of hot primary air,increasing the opening of auxiliary air and adjusting the SOFA swing angle to the level,and the SCR Inlet NO_(x) concentrationρ(NO_(x))is main-tained at the normal level.The optimal operation parameters of the unit are given.It can be used as a reference for using low sulfur and high calorific value coal-fired boiler to mitigate high temperature corrosion.
