摘要
国家翻译地方化实践是自下而上的国家翻译实践模式,与国家翻译实践是部分与整体的辩证关系。中原文化是中国传统文化的核心和源头活水,其外译实践是国家翻译地方化实践的关键部分。本文首先厘定国家翻译地方化实践的本质特性、适用性特征、实践对象与独特价值,继而以中原文化外译为例,剖析其广狭义边界、实践内容、成果以及实践路径。国家翻译地方化实践与国家翻译实践有多重价值,中原文化外译无论从政治意义抑或文化传承与发展等层面,均具时代创新意义和恒久性历史价值。本文力图透析国家翻译地方化实践作用于国家翻译实践的整体效能,为地方翻译实践的下位主体提供参鉴,以期进一步提升中国传统文化的国际传播力。
The Localized Program(LP)makes up a bottom-up model of the State Translation Program(STP),forging a dialectical interrelationship of parts to the whole.The central plains culture in China constitutes the core and dynamic source of Chinese traditional culture,the translation of which makes the key part of STP.This paper intends to identify the essential property,applicable features,practical objects and unique value of the localized program of state translation(LPST),then by focusing on the program of the central plains culture translation defines the boundary in both its broad sense and narrow sense,and finally analyzes its practice,achievements and approaches.What the author holds is that either LPST or STP has its multi-values,and that the central plains culture translation is of innovative and endurable significance characteristic of the new age and history in terms of its political meaning,cultural inheritance and development.Besides,the paper looks into the holistic effect of LPST upon STP,attempting to provide a helpful reference for LP with the aim of further increasing the international communication capacity of Chinese traditional culture.
