摘要
污泥调理是污泥深度脱水的关键步骤,基于骨架构建的污泥调理技术可以提高污泥滤饼的机械强度和过滤性,进而改善污泥脱水性能。从污泥脱水调理技术研究现状及其面临的挑战、污泥脱水骨架构建起源与发展、骨架构建材料、骨架构建的局限性及骨架构建方法等方面进行了系统阐述。现阶段,基于骨架构建的污泥脱水调理技术主要围绕“絮体分解-骨架构建-再絮凝”的污泥调理思路,设计了基于骨架构建的6种组合工艺,在污泥滤饼中形成骨架助滤剂、絮凝剂、污泥絮体的刚性结构,提高了污泥脱水性能。基于骨架构建的污泥脱水调理技术可以提高污泥过滤性能,但骨架助滤剂的使用受到污泥脱水方法、骨架助滤剂性质和污泥性质等因素的限制。建议今后主要从骨架材料选择、骨架材料改性、骨架构建机制、污泥滤饼结构与污泥脱水的构效关系等方面开展进一步的研究。
Sludge conditioning is a crucial step for deep sludge dewatering.The mechanical strength and filtration of the sludge filter cake are improved by the sludge dewatering based on skeleton builder,as well as the sludge dewatering performance.The research status and limitations of sludge conditioning technology,origin and development of sludge dewatering based on skeleton builder,classification of skeleton builder,limitations and methods of skeleton construction are introduced in detail.At present,the sludge dewatering and conditioning technology based on skeleton builder is mainly combined according to the sludge conditioning concept of"flocs decomposition-skeleton builder-reflocculation".Six combination processes based on skeleton builder have been designed to form a rigid structure of skeleton filter aids,flocculants,and sludge flocs in the sludge filter cake,improving the sludge dewatering performance.Although skeleton builder have been proved to be able to aid the sludge dewatering process,the application of the skeleton builder are sometimes limited and affected by factors such as the dewatering method utilized,the properties of the conditioner,the properties of the sludge,etc.It is recommended to conduct further research in the future from the selection of skeleton builder,modification of skeleton builder,skeleton construction mechanism,and the structure-activity relationship between sludge filter cake structure and sludge dewatering.
