摘要
基于天然抗菌剂香芹酚(Car)优良的抗菌活性,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性蒙脱石为载体,制备了一种新型复合抗菌材料Car-CTAB/MMT,并对其表面结构、性质和抑菌活性进行了表征。结果表明,Car-CTAB/MMT比游离态香芹酚对大肠杆菌有更好的抑菌活性,其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为62.5μg/mL、125.0μg/mL。该抗菌材料破坏了细菌细胞形态,损坏了细胞壁结构,细胞通过性和细胞膜渗透性均增加,细胞内蛋白质和核酸发生泄漏,从而达到抗菌的效果。
A new composite antibacterial material Car-CTAB/MMT was prepared by the excellent antibacterial activity of carvacrol(Car)and montmorillonite modified by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB).The surface structure,properties and antibacterial activity of Car-CTAB/MMT were characterized.The results showed that Car-CTAB/MMT had better antibacterial activity against escherichia coli than free carvacrol.The MIC and MBC of Car-CTAB/MMT were 62.5μg/mL and 125.0μg/mL,respectively.The antibacterial material destroyed the bacterial cell morphology and damaged the structure of cell wall,which increases the cell permeability and cell membrane permeability.The leakage of intracellular protein and nucleic acid lead to achieve the antibacterial effect.
