摘要
以苯甲醇为原料,考察了以醋酸铜、九水合硝酸铁、六水合硫酸铁为催化剂对合成苯甲酸的影响。选择了最佳的催化剂醋酸铜,研究了催化剂与苯甲醇的摩尔比、回流回流温度、时间、氢氧化钠用量等单因素对催化苯甲醇制备苯甲酸产率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上通过正交实验探究了高产率的合成工艺。实验结果表明:苯甲醇0.04 mol,催化剂与苯甲醇摩尔比为0.08∶1,氢氧化钠用量2.00 g,回流温度200℃,回流时间105 min,产率高达83.60%。采用了绿色无溶剂,无机盐催化法,符合“绿色化学”的要求。
The effect of copper acetate,ferric nitrate nine-hydrate,ferric sulfate hexahydrate on the synthesis of benzoic acid with benzyl alcohol as raw material was investigated.The optimum copper acetate catalyst was selected,and the effects of single factors such as molar ratio of catalyst to benzyl alcohol,reaction temperature,time and dosage of sodium hydroxide on the yield of benzoic acid from benzyl alcohol were studied.On the basis of single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment was carried out to explore a high yield synthesis technology.The experimental results showed that the yield of benzoic acid reached 83.60%,whenbenzyl alcohol was 0.04 mol,the molar ratio of catalyst to benzyl alcohol was 0.08∶1,the dosage of sodium hydroxide was 2.00 g,the temperature was 200℃,and the time was 105 min.The green solvo-free,inorganic salt catalysis method is adopted,which meets the requirement of“green chemistry”.
