摘要 目前,新建市政道路与既有铁路营业线交叉不可避免,而采用框架涵顶进下穿既有铁路营业线,相较于上跨方式更具优越性。D型便梁加固作为下穿既有铁路营业线顶进工程中线路加固的主要方式之一,工艺成熟且对既有铁路营业线干扰小。文章结合实际工程,阐述了一种为满足建筑限界及轨间距要求而改造的D型便梁加固技术,保证了框架涵顶进施工的顺利进行,可为类似框架涵顶进下穿既有铁路营业线工程提供借鉴。 At present,the intersection of new municipal roads and existing railway operation lines is inevitable,and the use of frame culvert jacking undercrossing the existing railway operation line is more advantageous than the overpass method.D-type temporary beam reinforcement is one of the main ways to reinforce the line in the jacking engineering undercrossing the existing railway operation line.The process is mature and has little interference with the existing railway operation line.Combined with the actual engineering,this paper expounds a kind of D-type temporary beam reinforcement technology modified to meet the requirements of building clearance and rail spacing,which ensures the smooth progress of the frame culvert jacking construction,and can provide reference for similar frame culvert jacking undercrossing the existing railway operation line engineering.
