摘要
建筑物立面测量是建筑物改造项目设计施工的基础环节,随着复杂建筑物立面测量的成果要求越加精细化,传统的立面测量和建筑面积测量方法已经不能满足特定项目的需求。因此,文章提出一种应用于建筑物立面测量的三维激光扫描技术,对其基本原理和技术路线进行简要介绍,然后结合实际工程案例,分析三维激光扫描数据的获取方法和点云数据处理与立面图绘制方法,最后将工程案例中12栋建筑的三维激光扫描成果与实地测量的边长进行精度对比分析。结果表明,三维激光扫描测量的建筑物边长中误差为0.024 m,符合相关规范要求,证明该项方法可以高效准确地完成建筑物立面的测量,可在实际的工程中应用。
Building facade measurement is the basic data for the design and construction of building reconstruction projects.With the increasing refinement of the requirements for the results of complex building facade measurement,the traditional facade measurement and building area measurement methods can no longer meet the needs of specific projects.Therefore,a 3D laser scanning technology applied to building facade measurement is proposed,and its basic principle and technical route are briefly introduced.Then,combined with the actual engineering case,the acquisition method of 3D laser scanning data and the method of point cloud data processing and facade drawing are analyzed.Finally,the accuracy of the 3D laser scanning results of 12 buildings in the engineering case is compared with the edge length of the field measurement.The results show that the root mean square error of building edge length measured by 3D laser scanning is 0.024 m,which meets the requirements of relevant specifications.It is proved that this method can complete the measurement of building facade efficiently and accurately and can be applied in practical engineering.
