摘要
立德树人是教育的目标,更是师范生人才培养的首要职责。课堂教学是实现教育目标的基本途径,所以探索如何有效地将立德树人有机融入师范专业课堂教学中是有实践意义的。以高校生物科学(师范)专业的必修课程“现代遗传学”为例,根据该门课程的特点,通过将遗传学发展历程中出现的科学家对科学执着、严谨的态度以及他们成功的经验和失败的教训与相关内容融合,以专题教育、多媒体、视频导入等多种手段展现其中蕴含的伦理、价值、情感、科学精神等思政元素,潜移默化中实现专业知识和德育的有机融合,让立德树人在“现代遗传学”课堂教学中生根发芽,涵育未来教师。
Building morality and cultivating talents is one of educational goals and is the primary responsibility of training normal students.Classroom teaching is the way to achieve educational goals.It is of practical significance to study the integration of ideological and political elements into modern genetics course teaching for normal students under the background of building morality and cultivating talents.This paper takes Modern Genetics,a professional compulsory course for Bioscience(normal)majors in universities,as an example to explore the effective way of integrating ideological and political elements into course teaching for normal students.According to the characteristics of modern genetics,we integrated the persistence and preciseness of scientists in the development of genetics,as well as their successful experiences and lessons of failure with relevant professional knowledge.The ideological and political elements,containing the ethics,values,emotions in it,were shown by special education,multimedia,video importing and other means.Then the organic integration of professional knowledge and moral education were realized imperceptibly,so that“building morality and cultivating talents”can take root in the classroom teaching of Modern Genetics and cultivate future teachers.
