摘要
电网建设过程中,经常会遇到对已运行330 kV线路上的光纤复合架空地线(Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire,OPGW)开断、更换原有普通地线线为OPGW光缆等情况。由于系统短路电流不满足要求,需要将原有小截面的OPGW光缆更换为大截面的OPGW光缆,从而造成原有OPGW光缆上承载的继电保护、调度自动化、电能计量以及监控等重要业务中断,影响电网的安全和可靠运行。因此,在输电线路改造期间,需要重点分析研究OPGW光缆通信过渡方案,保障其承载的各种重要业务的安全性和可靠性。基于该背景,分析研究330 kV线路改造工程中OPGW光缆典型通信过渡方案设计,以期为今后的工程建设提供参考。
During the construction of the power grid,it is common to encounter situations such as disconnecting the Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire(OPGW)on the 330 kV line that has already been in operation,or replacing the original ordinary ground wire with OPGW optical cable.Due to the system short circuit current not meeting the requirements,it is necessary to replace the original small section OPGW optical cable with a large section OPGW optical cable,resulting in important business interruptions such as relay protection,scheduling automation,energy metering,and monitoring carried on the original OPGW optical cable,affecting the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.Therefore,during the transformation of transmission lines,it is necessary to focus on analyzing and researching the OPGW optical cable communication transition plan to ensure the safety and reliability of various important services it carries.Based on this background,the typical communication transition scheme design of OPGW optical cable in the 330 kV line renovation project was analyzed and studied,in order to provide reference for future engineering construction.
