血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1水平与冠状动脉钙化及其严重程度的关系

摘要 目的:探究血清长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)TGFB2-反义RNA 1(TGFB2-AS1)水平与冠状动脉钙化(CAC)及其严重程度的关系。方法:选取2018年5月—2021年7月于丹东市第一医院行CT、冠状动脉造影检查的185例病人为研究对象,根据病人是否发生CAC将其分为非CAC组(47例)与CAC组(138例)。比较CAC组、非CAC组一般资料及血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平;比较不同CAC严重程度病人的血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1、TGF-β_(1)水平;分析CAC病人血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1表达水平与TGF-β_(1)的相关性;分析血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1表达水平诊断CAC的价值。结果:CAC组病人高血压占比、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平、糖尿病占比、冠心病占比及TGF-β_(1)水平高于非CAC组(P<0.05),血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1水平低于非CAC组(P<0.05);中度、重度CAC组病人血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1表达水平低于轻度CAC组(P<0.05),TGF-β_(1)水平高于轻度CAC组(P<0.05);重度CAC组病人血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1表达水平低于中度CAC组(P<0.05),TGF-β_(1)水平高于中度CAC组(P<0.05);CAC病人血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1表达水平与TGF-β_(1)呈负相关(r=-0.589,P<0.05);血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1诊断CAC的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)为0.905,截断值为0.78,此时其敏感度为83.0%,特异度为87.7%。结论:CAC病人血清lncRNA TGFB2-AS1表达水平较低,与TGF-β_(1)相关,其有望成为临床诊断CAC并评估其严重程度的有效指标。
