摘要
不确定度是测量结果质量的重要指标,指对被测值不能肯定的程度,同时也表明结果的可信程度。以《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)为依据,针对用于气象计量的风速检定装置,确定不确定度来源、建立测量模型。结合实际业务流程,分析各误差来源及可能引入的不确定度分量。定量评定整个风速检定装置的不确定度,为自动气象站风速传感器不确定度的研究提供理论依据。研究结果表明,不同风速区间内的风速检定装置具有不同不确定度,应根据实际风速评定。该检定装置在风速为0.2~1 m/s时,不确定度为1.3 m/s;在风速为1~40 m/s时,不确定度为0.3 m/s。该研究可为其他具有相同或相近计量特性的风速检定装置的不确定度评定以及风速传感器检定结果的不确定度分析提供参考。
Uncertainty is an important indicator of the quality of a measurement result,refers to the degree of uncertainty about the measured value and also indicates the degree of credibility of the result.Based on “Measurement Uncertainty Assessment and Representation”(JJF 1059.1—2012),uncertainty sources are identified,and measurement models are established for the wind speed calibration device used for meteorological measurement.Combined with the actual business process, the sources of error and the uncertainty components are analyzed that may be introduced.The uncertainty of the whole wind speed calibration device is quantitatively evaluated to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the uncertainty of the wind speed sensor in automatic weather stations.The study results show that the wind speed calibration device in different wind speed intervals has different uncertainties,which should be evaluated according to the actual wind speed.When the wind speed is 0.2~1 m/s,the uncertainty of the calibration device is 1.3 m/s;when the wind speed is 1~40 m/s,the uncertainty is 0.3 m/s.This study can provide a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of other wind speed calibration devices with the same or similar measurement characteristics,and for the uncertainty analysis of the calibration results of wind speed sensors.
