摘要
本研究利用课题组调查的2022年全国高校毕业生就业状况截面数据,保留其中已就业的7543个毕业生样本信息,分析了专业满意度对毕业生就业满意度的影响,并且检验了学业成绩和专业匹配在两者之间的链式中介作用。结果显示,毕业生就业满意度整体较高;专业满意度正向影响毕业生就业满意度;学业成绩和专业匹配在专业满意度与毕业生就业满意度之间起到正向部分中介作用;并且这两条路径不是彼此割裂的,大学生通过学业成绩提升促进专业匹配程度,并且两者在专业满意度与毕业生就业满意度之间起到正向链式中介的作用。基于此,本文提出政府、高校和学生应设法提升毕业生的专业满意度,激发其学习热情,以此来提升毕业生的就业质量。
By using the cross-sectional data of the employment status of college graduates in 2022 investigated by our research group and retaining the sample information of 7543 graduates who have been employed, this study analyzed the influence of major satisfaction on graduates' employment satisfaction, and verified the chain mediating effect between academic achievement and major matching. The results indicate that the employment satisfaction of graduates is generally higher;Major satisfaction positively influences graduates' employment satisfaction;Academic achievement and academic application matching play a positive role in mediating the relationship between professional satisfaction and graduates' employment satisfaction. In addition, these two paths are not distinct from one another. The promotion of academic degree matching through the academic performance of college students serves as a positive link in the chain between graduates' professional satisfaction and employment satisfaction. Based on this, this paper proposes that the government, universities and students should try to improve the degree of professional satisfaction of graduates and stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, so as to improve the employment quality of graduates.
