摘要
针对涡轮分级机运行时由于轴承预紧力的影响会产生振动,导致无法正常工作的问题,设计一种能有效测出轴承预紧力的系统。以某型号的涡轮分分级机为研究对象,采用ATmega16单片机设计了轴承预紧力测试系统,并运用VC6.0编写的上层人机交互界面,计算对应预紧力下分级机系统的固有频率,二者之间采用串口通信传输数据,并将数据保存以便后续分析涡轮分级机的振动状况。
For the vibration of bearing preload led to the turbine classifier cannot work normally,a effective preload test system of bearing is designed.A certain type of turbo classifier used as the research object,the preload test system of bearing is designed by ATmega16 microcontroller and the human-computer interaction interface by VC6.0,then the natural frequency of the classifier system under prestressing force is calculated.The data is transmited to the human-computer interaction interface by the serial communication and saved for further analysis of the vibration of the turbine classifier.
