摘要
通过对全尺寸预应力工字梁的试验研究和理论分析,研究了超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的抗弯性能。预应力工字梁采用抗压强度为193 MPa的UHPC,其长度为24.4 m,包含26根预应力钢绞线,但没有布置普通钢筋,分析了试验过程中及结束时试验梁的开裂情况、抗弯刚度和抗弯承载力;通过对试验结果的比较与分析,总结了拉应变和裂缝间距的关系,给出了UHPC工字梁弯曲荷载下的简化单轴应力-应变曲线,并验证了其对梁的应力和抗弯刚度的适用性,总结了预应力UHPC工字梁的抗弯设计理念。
The bending performance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)was studied through experimental research and theoretical analysis of full-size prestressed I-beams.The prestressed I-beam adopts UHPC with a compressive strength of 193 MPa,with a length of 24.4 meters and 26 prestressed steel strands,but no ordinary steel bars are arranged.The cracking,bending stiffness,and bending bearing capacity of the test beam during and at the end of the test were analyzed;By comparing and analyzing the experimental results,the relationship between tensile strain and crack spacing was summarized,and a simplified uniaxial stress-strain curve of UHPC I-beams under bending load was presented.Its applicability to the stress and bending stiffness of the beam was verified,and the bending design concept of prestressed UHPC I-beams was summarized.
