摘要
特色小镇是城乡融合高质量发展的重要载体,随着特色小镇本身面临越来越严峻的迭代升级问题,其推动作用越来越多地受到抑制。什么样的环境组合更容易促进特色小镇高绩效建设是亟待回答的现实问题。以浙江省特色小镇为研究对象,基于组态分析,探讨组织、产业与环境等影响因素对特色小镇建设绩效的联动效应及其路径选择。研究发现:单个环境要素并不构成特色小镇高绩效建设产生的必要条件,但领导重视在产生特色小镇高绩效建设上发挥着较普适的作用;3种组态可以产生特色小镇高绩效建设,包括政府主导逻辑资源驱动型、特色产业创新驱动型与高能级平台叠加驱动型,不同组态代表着特色小镇高绩效建设的不同实现方式。
The characteristic town is an important carrier of urban-rural integration,but its promotion function is more and more restrained as the characteristic town faces more and more serious problem of iterative upgrading.What kind of environmental combination is more likely to promote the high-performance construction of characteristic towns is an important question to be answered.Based on the configuration framework and the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy set,discuss the linkage effects of organization,industry,and environment on promoting the construction performance of characteristic towns and their path selection based on 114 characteristic towns in the first three batches of Zhejiang Province as the research object.The results show that single environmental factors do not constitute the necessary conditions for the construction performance of characteristic towns,but leadership attention and high level platform play universal roles in the construction performance of characteristic towns.Three configurations can produce high-performance construction of characteristic towns,including government-led logical resource-driven type,distinct industry innovation-driven type,and high-energy platform superposition driven type.Different configurations represent multiple realization ways of high-performance construction of characteristic towns.
