摘要
三大全球倡议用中国之问的答案,积极应对世界之问和时代之问,为世界各国携手共建人类命运共同体指明了方向。本文探讨三大全球倡议的时代背景、所蕴含的战略内涵和所体现的战略理念,强调三大全球倡议以整体论和发展眼光看待世界演进,统筹国内国际两个大局、统筹发展安全两件大事,秉持以文明筑基、以合作为径、追求可持续发展的战略思想,体现了以人民为中心的价值理念、各美其美美美与共的思想境界、以解决问题为导向和共赢主义的战略追求,突出中国贡献。本文尝试提出推进三大全球倡议落实落地的战略路径,即坚持发展为中心的战略布局,强化文明互鉴筑基,防止过度安全化,秉持共担共商共建共享的原则,坚持务实作为,展现大国担当。
China's three global initiatives have responded positively to the questions of the world and the times with the answers to the questions of China,which point out the direction for all countries in the world to join hands in building a community with a shared future for mankind.This paper analyzes the accelerated evolution of once-in-a-century transformation,explores the root causes of the world's new turbulence and transformation,and demonstrates China's national foundation and global thinking in contributing to the world.The paper explores the strategic thinking and innovation of strategic concepts embedded in the three global initiatives,and emphasizes that the three global initiatives view the world's evolution from a holistic and developmental perspective.The initiatives coordinate the two major domestic and international situations,integrate the two major issues of development and security,uphold the strategic thinking of building the foundation of civilization,taking cooperation as the path,and pursuing sustainable development,and embody the people-centered value concept,the ideology of"all the beauty should be respected,"the solution-oriented and win-win approach,and the contribution of China.Thus,this paper tries to put forward a strategic path to promote the implementation of the three global initiatives,namely,adhering to the development-centered strategic layout,strengthening the foundation of mutual understanding of civilizations,preventing oversecuritization,upholding the principle of common business and common sharing,insisting on pragmatic action,and displaying the role of a major power.
