摘要
为明确低碳建筑发展的关键制约因素,通过文献分析从低碳建筑推进中各利益方的利益诉求及冲突出发筛选制约因素,根据专家访谈、问卷调查得出符合我国低碳建筑发展现状的影响因素清单,运用双因子分析法对因素清单进行优化验证和计算分析。结果显示,政策支持、技术创新、经济效益、市场环境和认知程度5个因子是影响低碳建筑推进的关键;政策支持因子和经济效益因子对低碳建筑的制约影响程度最为显著;在今后低碳建筑发展过程中应重点关注低碳建筑优秀示范推广度低、缺乏切实可行的低碳建筑评价体系和低碳建筑增量成本高的问题。定性和定量分析相结合,聚焦利益相关者视角针对关键制约因素提出促进我国低碳建筑发展的对策,可为设计合理的低碳建筑发展策略提供支撑。
Low-carbon buildings(LCBs)are an inevitable requirement for the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry,but a series of complex factors constrain their development.To clarify the key constraints to the development of LCBs,the constraints are screened from the interests and conflicts of various stakeholders in the promotion of LCBs through literature analysis.The list of influencing factors in line with the development status of LCBs in China is obtained according to expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,and the list of factors is optimized and verified by a two-factor analysis method.The results show that the five factors of policy support,technological innovation,economic benefits,market environment,and awareness are the keys to the promotion of LCBs.Moreover,policy support factors and economic benefit factors have the most significant impact on LCB.In the future development of LCBs,we should focus on the problems of low demonstration and promotion of LCBs,lack of feasible LCB evaluation system,and high incremental cost of LCB.The combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis focuses on stakeholders'perspective to propose countermeasures to promote the development of LCBs in China based on critical constraints,and research can support the design of reasonable LCB development strategies.
