摘要
20世纪70年代,我国一部分癌症患者开始学练抗癌健身法,如今全国各城市都有推广抗癌健身法的民间抗癌组织。文章的核心问题是抗癌健身法如何从最初个别癌症患者的锻炼手段转变为如今全国性的抗癌健身法。经由人类学研究视角发现其中存在两种感召力的作用:第一种感召力是指抗癌健身法具有改变疾病认知的作用,以传统与创新结合的养生哲学和健身气功理念转变癌症即不治之症的悲观心态,从而激发癌症患者延续生命的希望;第二种感召力是指抗癌健身法的缔造者和传承者以人格魅力、个人经历发展出抗癌组织的凝聚力与社会合法性的作用,为抗癌组织打造出与国家政策相融合的社会运作机制。抗癌健身法得以盛行,至今与我国医疗社会生态紧密关联,是展现医疗体系现存问题的重要社会现象。
In the 1970s,some cancer patients in China began to learn and practice“Anti-cancer Fitness Approach”,and now cities across the country have civil anti-cancer organizations to promote this approach.The core question of this paper is how the Anti-cancer Fitness Approach has changed from the exercise methods of individual cancer patients to the current nationwide anti-cancer fitness method.From the perspective of anthropological research,there are two kinds of inspirational power inside this approach.The first kind of inspirational power is that the Anti-cancer Fitness Approach has the effect of changing the disease cognition,changing the pessimistic attitude of treating cancer as a incurable disease through the traditional and innovative combination of health philosophy and fitness Qigong concept,and so as to stimulate the hope of cancer patients to extend life.The second kind of inspirational power refers to the role of the founder and inheritor of the Anti-cancer Fitness Approach to develop the cohesion and social legitimacy of anti-cancer organizations with charisma and political experience,and create a social operation mechanism for anti-cancer organizations to integrate with national policies.This paper holds that the popularity of the Anti-cancer Fitness Approach is closely related to China’s medical social ecology,which is an important social phenomenon showing the existing problems of the medical system.
