摘要
目的 分析某院2019年—2021年中药饮片入库验收时不合格的原因,总结饮片验收中的注意事项,以保证临床用药安全、有效。方法 查询原始质检记录,分析2019年—2021年医院不合格饮片的原因。结果 总验收6516批次,不合格1002批次,不合格率为15.38%。不合格原因为饮片货陈、性状不符合、炮制不符合规范以及发霉、虫蛀等。结论 根据《中华人民共和国药典》《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准》制定验收标准,与供货商沟通,提供优质饮片。加强质检人员培训,提高验收质量水平。验收、库管、调剂全方面质量监管,提高某院中药饮片质量,更好地服务临床。
Objective To analyze the reasons for the unqualified acceptance of Chinese medicine pieces in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2021,and to summarize the precautions in the acceptance of tablets to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical drugs.Methods The original quality inspection records were queried and the reasons for the unqualified pieces in the hospital from 2019 to 2021 were analyzed.Results The total acceptance was 6516 batches,and 1002 batches were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 15.38%.The reasons for the non-conformity are the expiration of the pieces,the characteristics do not meet the specifications,the concoctions do not meet the specifications,and the worms and moths.Conclusion According to the Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China and Drug Standards of the Ministry of Health of the Peoples Republic of China,the acceptance standards of the hospital are formulated,and the suppliers are communicated to provide high-quality Chinese medicine pieces.Strengthen the training of quality inspection personnel and improve the quality level of acceptance.Acceptance,storage management,and adjustment of all aspects of quality supervision,improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine pieces in this hospital,and better serve the clinic.
