摘要
目的探讨加减甘草泻心汤对肺癌中晚期患者化疗后胃肠道反应的临床疗效。方法选取中国人民解放军第九二六医院2018年10月—2020年10月肺癌中晚期患者化疗后120例患者,按治疗方法均分为两组,各60例。对照组常规治疗联合益生菌,观察组常规治疗联合加减甘草泻心汤。比较两组中医症候积分,胃肠道症状积分,恶心呕吐分级控制情况。结果两组胃肠道GSRS总积分较前均有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组显著改善(P<0.05);观察组中医症候各个积分较对照组改善显著(P<0.05);两组中医证候总积分较前均有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组显著改善(P<0.05);观察组有效率88.33%高于对照组有效率71.67%(P<0.05)。结论加减甘草泻心汤可显著改善肺癌中晚期患者化疗后胃肠道反应,控制恶心呕吐不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction(加减甘草泻心汤)on gastrointestinal reactions in patients with advanced lung cancer after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced lung cancer in The 926th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from October 2018 to October 2020 after chemotherapy were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group had conventional treatment combined with probiotics,and the observation group had conventional treatment combined with the addition and subtraction of Gancao Xiexin Decoction.Compare the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,gastrointestinal symptoms,and grading control of nausea and vomiting between the two groups.Results The total gastrointestinal GSRS scores of the two groups were improved compared with the previous ones(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05);the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05);The total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were improved compared with the previous ones(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was 88.33% higher than that of the control group 71.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction can significantly improve the gastrointestinal reaction of patients with advanced lung cancer after chemotherapy and control the adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting.It is worthy of popularization.
