摘要
目的分析改良中药涂擦方法结合中医情志护理对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的影响。方法纳入驻马店市中医院2020年6月—2022年6月内收治的90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,所有患者均在常规治疗基础上给予改良中药涂擦方法治疗,再以随机数字法分为对照组(45例,常规护理)和试验组(45例,中医情志护理)。统计对比两组患者护理干预前后的负面情绪评分、膝关节功能评分、中医症候评分、生活质量评分、膝关节液的炎症因子指标及护理满意度评价。结果护理后试验组炎症因子指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后试验组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、中医症候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),HSS评分、GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨性关节炎患者,在改良中药涂擦的治疗基础上,开展中医情志护理,可取得理想的护理效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of improved traditional Chinese medicine smearing method combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted in Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were taken as the subjects of this study.All patients were treated with improved traditional Chinese medicine smearing method on the basis of conventional treatment.Then,they were randomLy divided into conventional group(45 cases,conventional nursing)and observation group(45 cases,traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing).Statistically compare the negative emotion score,knee function score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,quality of life score,inflammatory factor index of knee joint fluid and nursing satisfaction evaluation of the two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention.Results After nursingtreatment,the inflammatory factor indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),the scores of HAMA,HAMD,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),while the scores of HSS and GQOLI-74 were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),the satisfaction evaluation of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ideal nursing effect can be achieved by carrying out emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with knee osteoarthritis on the basis of improving the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine smearing.
