摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在肺癌放化疗患者中的应用效果及对癌因性疲乏和治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院收治的84例肺癌患者进行观察,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各42例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组予以循证护理。比较两组癌因性疲乏、生活质量、依从性、并发症总发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组癌因性疲乏评分与生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组各方面依从性与护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理对肺癌放化疗患者应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者癌因性疲乏与生活质量,提高治疗依从性,降低并发症的发生风险,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and its effect on cancer-related fatigue and treatment compliance.Method:A total of 84 lung cancer patients who were admitted to the 909th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected for observation.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received evidencebased nursing.The cancer-related fatigue,quality of life,compliance,total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the cancerrelated fatigue score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).All aspects of compliance and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing has a significant application effect in the patients with lung cancer of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which can effectively improve cancer-related fatigue and quality of life,improve treatment compliance,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
