摘要
目的探究中医药辅助化疗治疗胃癌的用药规律,以进一步提高临床效果。方法通过频数分析、共现分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析、凝聚子群-派系分析等数据挖掘方法,对以“补虚泻实”为治法的中药复方联合化疗应用于胃癌的临床随机对照试验(RCTs)对象进行研究。结果共收集文献45篇,处方48首。发现高频药物25味,以补气药、解毒药居多;共现分析发现胃癌用药中补气药配伍原则以健脾、化痰、化湿、解毒为多见;聚类分析发现相关药材有补中解毒、化瘀解毒、补气化痰三类;复杂网络分析结果图以白术为中心,补气化瘀解毒为派系分析结果共性。结论中医药辅助化疗治疗胃癌的重要用药规律为益气、化瘀、解毒。
Objective To explore the medication law of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer(GC),and further improve the clinical effect.Methods By frequency analysis,co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis,complex network analysis,and subgroup faction analysis,treatments of GC randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of TCM combined with chemotherapy with tonifying deficiency and reducing excess were conducted.Results A total of 45 literatures and 48 prescriptions were collected.25 kinds of high-frequency herbs were found,most of them were tonifying qi medicine and toxicide.It was common to use tonifying qi herbs to strengthen spleen,eliminate phlegm and dampness.What’s more,there were three types of clustering:tonifying and detoxification,removing blood stasis and detoxification and invigorating qi and eliminating phlegm.Moreover,the complex network was centered on largehead atractylodes rhizome,and the subgroup faction was in common with tonifying qi,removing blood stasis and detoxification.Conclusion The important medication rules of TCM assisted chemotherapy in the treatment of GC are tonifying qi,removing blood stasis and detoxification.
