摘要
中药饮片是中医药学体系中的特色部分,是中医防病养生、治病救人的有力工具。中药饮片作为中药产业三大支柱之一,在漫长的医学实践中,对维护我国人民的健康发挥了巨大作用。中药饮片以其独特的临床使用价值,享受纳入国家基本药物目录、不占药占比、不取消药品加成等诸多政策红利。然而,饮片质量、设备化智能程度不高、从业人员技能水平低等因素,依然是制约中药饮片行业发展的症结所在。此文从建立健全中药材全过程质量追溯体系、设备智能化、中药饮片形式多样化、健全中药饮片质量标准体系、研究探索中药饮片作用机制及其与现代科技技术的紧密结合等方面解析中药饮片平稳、健康的发展方向。
Traditional Chinese medicine is a characteristic part of the system of traditional Chinese medicine.It is a powerful tool for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent diseases,preserve health,treat diseases and save people.As one of the three pillar industries,Chinese herbal pieces have played a great role in the health of our people in the long medical practice.With its unique clinical value,Chinese Herbal Pieces enjoy many policy dividends such as being included in the national catalogue of essential drugs,not accounting for the proportion of drugs,not canceling drug addition and so on.However,the traditional Chinese medicine industry is not optimistic.Its quality,equipment intelligence and low skill level of employees are still the crux of the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.This paper analyzed the stable and healthy development direction of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of establishing and improving the whole process quality traceability system of traditional Chinese medicine,intelligent equipment,diversified forms of traditional Chinese medicine,improving the quality standard system of traditional Chinese medicine,studying and exploring the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and closely combining with modern science and technology.
