摘要
目的探讨氢气在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)治疗中的作用。方法选取首次确诊为NSCLC的患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均给予多西他赛+顺铂化疗四周期,期间观察组每天吸入氢气2小时。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肿瘤异常蛋白(tumor abnormal protein,TAP)、肿瘤标志物、细胞因子、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率、疾病控制率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TAP水平较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CEA、CA12-5、CA15-3、CA19-9、CYFRA21-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间观察组胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、肝肾损伤、皮疹发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氢气对NSCLC具有辅助治疗作用,且可减少化疗引起的不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of hydrogen in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 80 patients diagnosed with NSCLC for the first time were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Both groups were given docetaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy for 4 cycles,during which the observation group inhaled hydrogen for 2 hours every day.The clinical efficacy,tumor abnormal protein(TAP),tumormarkers,cytokines and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the disease control rate of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TAP,CEA,CA12-5,CA15-3,CA19-9,CYFRA21-1,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand the incidences of gastrointestinal reaction,myelosuppression,liver and kidney injury,rash in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrogen has adjuvant therapeutic effect on NSCLC,and it can reduce the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy.
