摘要
针对天然石材路缘石自然资源消耗大的问题,通过分析再生混凝土特性及混凝土路缘石的技术指标,提出了采用双层复合结构形式的再生混凝土仿石路缘石,并介绍了其模具设计、配合比设计、生产工艺。成品试验结果表明:采用再生混凝土制备的仿石路缘石的力学性能和耐久性能满足相关规范要求,且经济性较好。
In response to the problem of high natural resource consumption of natural stone curbs,by analyzing the characteristics of recycled concrete and the technical indexes of concrete curbs,a double-layer composite structure of recycled concrete imitation stone curbs was proposed,and its mold design,mix proportion design,and production process were elaborated.The finished product tests show that the mechanical properties and durability of imitation stone curb prepared with recycled concrete meet the requirements of relevant specifications,and its economy is good.
