摘要
本研究以杂种榛辽榛3号坚果果实为试验材料,对坚果性状进行了测定和分析。结果表明:2019-2021年辽榛3号在西宁地区的表现良好,平均单果质量1.76~2.30 g,果仁质量为0.76~0.80 g,出仁率为35.16%~43.40%;坚果纵径16.45~17.79 mm,坚果横径17.61~18.90 mm,坚果侧径17.66~18.89 mm,果壳厚度1.39~1.58 mm,根据榛子分级标准划分为较大型果仁,具有中等厚果壳,出仁率低或中等;坚果的横纵径比在1.06~1.10,圆球度在1.02~1.07,坚果近似球形;果仁饱满指数在0.24~0.30。这些结果为进一步筛选良种和开展杂种榛的大面积栽植奠定基础。
The nut traits were measured and analyzed using nuts of hybrid hazel Liaozhen 3 as experimental materials.The results showed that from 2019 to 2021,the Liaozhen 3 had performed well in Xining,the average nut weight,kernel weight and kernel percent were 1.76~2.30 g,0.76~0.80 g and 35.16%~43.40%,respectively.The nut length,width,lateral diameter,shell thickness were 16.45~17.79 mm,17.61~18.90 mm,17.66~18.89 mm,1.39~1.58 mm,respectively.According to the hazelnut grading standards,the nuts were classified as larger kernels with medium thick shells and low or medium kernel percent;The nut aspect ratio and sphericity were 1.06~1.10 and 1.02~1.07,the nuts were approximately spherical in shape;The filling index was 0.24~0.30.These results lay the foundation for further screening of improved varieties and large-scale planting of hybrid hazelnuts.
