摘要
由于农村生活污水具有分散广、收集难度大等特点,不同农村地区存在生活污水处理技术选择不合理、处理设施运维不规范和排放标准制定不科学等问题,造成农村生活污水处理率较低,与新时期农村生活污水治理目标仍有差距。本文阐述了我国农村生活污水处理现状,有针对性地分析了当前农村污水处理技术选择、处理设施运行维护及污水处理排放标准存在的问题,并根据各地的实际情况提出了相应的对策,旨在为补齐农村生活污水处理短板、提升农村水环境治理水平、改善农村人居环境提供决策支撑。
Due to the characteristics of wide dispersion and difficulty in collection,rural domestic wastewater treatment faces challenges such as inappropriate technology selection,inadequate operation and maintenance of treatment facilities,and scientifically unsound discharge standards in different rural areas.As a result,the treatment rate of rural domestic wastewater remains relatively low,and there is still a gap to achieve the targets for rural domestic wastewater management in the new era.This paper elaborates on the current status of rural domestic wastewater treatment in China,providing a targeted analysis of the existing issues in technology selection,operation and maintenance of treatment facilities,and wastewater treatment discharge standards.Based on the specific circumstances in various regions,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to address the shortcomings in rural domestic wastewater treatment,improve the level of rural water environment management,and enhance the living environment in rural areas.These measures aim to provide decision-making support for addressing the challenges in rural domestic wastewater treatment and ultimately promoting sustainable rural development.
