碳纤维树脂基复合材料的层合板工艺对其表面粗糙度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 由碳纤维树脂基复合材料层合板制备的波导管,其内表面粗糙度是造成电磁波散射损耗的重要因素。为了探究层合板工艺参数对碳纤维树脂基复合材料层合板表面粗糙度的影响,以单向布、平纹布及斜纹布碳纤维预浸料为原料制备碳纤维树脂基复合材料层合板。通过对不同工艺制备的碳纤维树脂基复合材料层合板的表面粗糙度进行表征,研究了增强织物结构、铺设层数、铺设方式、脱模剂、预固化保温温度和保温时间对其表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,增加预浸料的铺设层数可以有效降低碳纤维树脂基复合材料层合板的表面粗糙度,当铺设层数为6层时,单向布、平纹布及斜纹布碳纤维树脂基复合材料层合板的表面粗糙度相比铺设层数为1层时分别减小了60.1%、90.0%、83.5%。通过对层合板工艺的研究发现,预固化保温温度为90℃、保温时间为30 min时碳纤维树脂基复合材料层合板的表面粗糙度最小,并且当脱模剂涂覆层数大于3时,层合板的表面粗糙度基本不受脱模剂影响。 The inner surface roughness of waveguides prepared from carbon fiber resin matrix composites is an important factor in the loss of electromagnetic wave scattering.In order to The carbon fiber resin matrix composite laminates which were prepared from unidirectional fabric,plain fabric and twill fabric carbon fiber prepregs,to investigate the effect of laminate process parameters on the surface roughness of the laminates.By characterizing the surface roughness of carbon fiber resin matrix composite laminates prepared by different processes,the effects of reinforcing fabric structure,number of layers laid,lay-up method,release agent,pre-curing insulation temperature and insulation time on their surface roughness were investigated.The results show that the surface roughness of carbon fiber resin matrix composite laminates can be effectively reduced by increasing the number of layers of prepregs.When the number of layers is 6,the surface roughness of unidirectional fabric,plain fabric and twill fabric carbon fiber resin matrix composite laminates are reduced by 60.1%,90.0%and 83.5%,respectively,compared with the case when the number of layers is 1.It is found that t The surface roughness of the composite laminates is the smallest when the pre-curing insulation temperature is 90℃and the insulation time is 30 min.The surface roughness of the carbon fiber resin matrix composite laminates is basically unaffected when the number of layers of the release agent is more than 3.
