摘要
目的:探讨氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的效果。方法:选择2020年1—12月德江县人民医院收治的急性化脓性中耳炎患者100例为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为常规组和试验组,各50例。常规组采用硼酸冰片滴耳液治疗,试验组采用氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善时间、不良反应、纯音听力阈值。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);试验组耳鸣消失时间、听力恢复时间、流脓停止时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037);治疗后,两组纯音听力阈值低于治疗前,试验组纯音听力阈值低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎患者,可以明显降低不良反应发生率,促进症状改善及听力恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods:One hundred patients with acute suppurative otitis media admitted to Dejiang County People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group by adopt⁃ing the method of randomized number table,each with fifty cases.The conventional group was treated with boric acid ice tablet ear drops,and the experimental group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops.Compare the treatment effect,symptom improvement time,adverse reaction,pure tone hearing threshold of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014);The tinnitus disap⁃pearance time,hearing recovery time,and flow cessation time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037);After treatment,the pure tone hearing thresholds of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pure tone hearing thresholds of the experimen⁃tal group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting ofloxacin ear drops for the treatment of patients with acute suppurative otitis media can significantly reduce the inci⁃dence of adverse reactions and promote the improvement of symptoms and hearing recovery.
