摘要
设计了电动汽车双热源热泵空调系统,增设电机余热回收装置以提高热泵空调制热效能,并搭载实车进行了试验,测试了不同环境温度下的制热量、驾驶舱内温度、COP、系统压力变化,试验结果表明,当环境温度在-4℃时,系统制热量与制热效率严重下降,增设余热回收装置的双热源热泵空调系统在-4℃环境下,升温至26℃的工作时间可大幅度缩短,实现总体低能耗高效能,为整车提升了续航里程。
In this regard,a dual heat source heat pump air conditioning system for electric vehicles is designed,and a motor waste heat recovery device is added to improve the heating efficiency of heat pump air conditioning.The test is carried out on a real vehicle.The heating capacity,temperature in the cockpit,energy efficiency ratio cop and system pressure changes under different ambient temperatures are tested.The test results show that when the ambient temperature is-4℃,The heating capacity and heating efficiency of the system are seriously reduced.The dual heat source heat pump air conditioning system with waste heat recovery device can shorten the working time when the temperature rises to 26℃at-4℃,realize overall low energy consumption and high efficiency,and improve the mileage of the whole vehicle.
