摘要 为实现带式输送机的安全平稳运行,提高系统控制精度,本文通过分析PID、模糊控制的优势,设计液压张紧自适应模糊PID控制器。仿真研究表明,尽管该系统的超调量高,但工作可靠性高,且对张力冲击具有很好的超调效果。对比分析系统常规和模糊PID控制的特性,模糊自适应PID控制的响应速度快、超调量小,与PID控制相比,该系统控制更为理想,能明显改善张紧系统张力。 In order to achieve safe and stable operation of belt conveyors and improve system control accuracy,this paper analyzes the advantages of PID and fuzzy control and designs a hydraulic tension adaptive fuzzy PID controller.Simulation studies have shown that although the overshoot of the system is high,it has high working reliability and good overshoot effect against tension impact.Comparing and analyzing the characteristics of conventional and fuzzy PID control systems,it is found that fuzzy adaptive PID control has fast response speed and small overshoot.Compared with PID control,this system control is more ideal and can significantly improve the tension of the tensioning system.
