摘要
本文围绕气象高质量发展总体目标和“质量提升年”的重点行动,依托气象观测保障业务分工优化调整试点实施方案,结合市县气象装备保障业务工作实际,研究设计搭建保定市气象装备保障实训平台并投入业务应用,实现集气象观测设备实践操作区、气象观测设备排查及测试维修区、气象观测设备运行监控区、气象装备计量检定区、集体教学区以及VR体验区等“六区三系统”于一体的实训平台,以全面提高气象装备的现代化水平和提升基层业务人员装备保障能力。
This paper focusing on the overall goal of high-quality meteorological development and the key action of“Year of Quality Improvement”,Optimize and adjust the implementation plan of the pilot project based on the division of labor of meteorological observation and support services,in combination with the actual work of municipal and county meteorological equipment support business,Study,design and build Baoding City meteorological equipment support training platform and put it into business application.To realize the training platform integrating“six zones and three systems”,including meteorological observation equipment investigation and test maintenance area,meteorological observation equipment operation monitoring area,meteorological equipment metrological verification area,collective teaching area and VR experience area,will comprehensively improve the modernization level of meteorological equipment and the equipment support capacity of grass-roots business personnel.
