摘要
为完成铁路车辆轮对轴箱轴承的试验考核,采用工业计算机与液压伺服控制技术,基于LabWindows开发铁路轴箱轴承性能试验机测控系统,模拟铁路机车行驶过程中载荷谱、速度谱等工作条件,完成对试验轴承温度、主机电流等信号采集,并高速采集振动信号数据,为后续轴承分析设计改进提供数据支撑。
In order to complete the test appraisal of railway vehicle wheelset axle box bearing,the industrial computer and hydraulic servo control technology are used to develop the measurement and control system of railway axle box bearing performance testing machine based on LabWindows.The working conditions such as load spectrum and velocity spectrum during the running of railway locomotive are simulated.The signal acquisition of bearing temperature and host current is completed,and the vibration signal data is collected at high speed,which provides data support for subsequent bearing analysis and design improvement.
